For last more than 25 years, before darteno group conceived Ray Colors, pigment color strength, dispersion, particle size reduction, melt dispersion, liquid state & semi solid-state dispersion has been the core strength of the group. Before making the first batch of masterbatch in the plant we made nano dispersions in the lab. Before reducing microns in commercial production, we made sub - microns way back. When masterbatch industry was matching shades, we were providing consultancy to pigment industry for making non flocculating pigments.
